Okay, this doesn't fit the category but Romualdo Enterprises is the "Official" corporate name or identity of our commercial and business ventures group. It is used much like an "umbrella" corporation for legal purposes along with the lesser used Romualdo & Associates identifier.

THE ROMUALDO ORGANIZATION

The Romualdo Organization is now the "Official" Internet Domain name of the Romualdo Family. Initially it was used as the corporate name or identity of our "Not for Profit" entities. It is also our Family Trust. Due to a change in our web hosting services, we decided to transfer the use of this domain address for our family web site.

The ROMUALDO FOUNDATION

The Romualdo Foundation, also known as the Mario and Gladys Romualdo Family Trust serves several unique and distinct purposes. First and foremost, it is a legal corporation designed to protect the vast "Romualdo Family Fortune" and various assets.

Second, as God blesses our family and provides us with the means to do so, it will hopefully serve in a philanthropic manner by dispersing financial assistance to groups and organizations we deem needy of our assistance. The plan is simple -- to help others with the resources with which we have been blessed.

Giving will be totally based upon our beliefs and the specific needs of the group(s) we chose to assist and will mainly be made up of but not limited to secular and religious organizations such as non-commercial Christian Radio Stations and other Religious and evangelistic or Missionary projects.

We also intend to continue to support the Boy Scouts of America. This is a wonderful organization whose ideals and beliefs are shared by many. In our opinion, the political left and like organizations or groups in this country has been attacking the Boy Scouts because they do not wish to have openly avowed
homosexual Scout Leaders in their units, and having a son who is a Scout I happen to agree with that decision.

Additionally, the United States Supreme Court has upheld the Boy Scouts "right to free association" yet that is not good enough. Some call this bigotry, intolerance or "homophobia," but honestly speaking, that means "Scared of men" and we are not afraid of men. What or who gives them such political power? The media?
Think about it. I don't want the fox placed in the chicken house. Secondly, why is there a need for these people to tell everyone that they are homosexual? I don't know of any "straight" people that when introducing themselves to another person announces that they are heterosexual yet "gays" do this all the time. It is both disrespectful and tacky.

Gladys has expressed the desire to help orphanages both locally and abroad. Help would be in the form of finances, as well as presents and possibly include field trips for the children to theme parks.

Mario desires to assist an organization called "FRIENDS OF THE IDF" which is based in New York City. This is an organization which raises funds in order to provide facilities for the use of active duty members of the Israel Defense Forces who are on leave for rest and recuperation.
